The rewards are boosted further when used to purchase more traditional vouchers. It was this combined flexibility that really attracted the team to the Aslan solution at first.
  1. Employee gifting: Gifting was always a cumbersome and ad hoc event for the TalentMapper HR team. Having an all-in-one solution like Aslan means they can now gift easily, and admin-free, to align with corporate values.   2. On-Demand Pay: The team loves that their employees can control how and when they get paid dynamically, as they earn through the month.
